When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. When you purchase credits, payment is processed by Stripe — we do not store your card details. We also collect the property photos you upload to generate videos.
We use your information to provide and improve the PropMotion service: generating listing videos, processing payments, sending transactional emails, and providing customer support.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). Photos and videos are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (authentication & database), Stripe (payments), and AI video generation providers. Each operates under their own privacy policies.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@propmotions.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded photos are retained for 30 days after video generation. Generated videos are retained for 90 days. You may delete your data at any time.
